This thesis is about aims to improve students' ability to use Some and Any. This research was conducted using classroom action research on seventh grade students of SMP Swasta Katolik Karya Bhakti Tarabintang. The population of this research is the seventh grade students of KARYA SMP Swasta Katolik Karya Bhakti Tarabintang, the total population is 30 students. According to Arikunto (2006:134), if the total population is less than 100, researchers should take the entire population. So the author takes all the population as a sample, the number of samples is 30 students. The authors get the results that most students have good grades in answering questions, where the average value of students is 77.66%, and after giving the second task .the students have increased where the average value of students is 78.33%. good observation. It can reach 95% who carry out student and teacher activities during observation, and 5% of activities cannot be carried out.
